At the heart of our practice is a dedicated team of highly skilled interventional cardiologists, nurses, and support staff who share a unified mission: to deliver exceptional cardiovascular care with precision, compassion, and integrity. THVI currently serves the DFW Metroplex with two state-of-the-art locations and a third on the way, expanding our ability to reach and support more communities across the region. Under the leadership of Dr. Anand, an expert in interventional cardiology, our team remains at the forefront of innovation—committed to improving heart health and enhancing quality of life through evidence-based care and long-term support.

Karthik Anand, MD, is a highly skilled Interventional Cardiologist who has called Tarrant County his home for over 15 years. He is triple board-certified in Interventional Cardiology, Nuclear Medicine, and Cardiovascular Disease Medicine. His passion is to bring cornerstone cardiovascular care to Tarrant County while individualizing care to his patients by focusing on education and preventive care.
